Changchun YunSci Biopharmaceutical Co. Ltd (referred to as Yunxi Bio), is a key subsidiary within the biopharmaceutical division of Changchun High-Tech, a publicly listed company (stock code: 000661SZ). Its core business focuses on the independent research and development, as well as the production, of innovative large-molecule drugs.

Founded in 2019 with a registered capital of 1.4 billion yuan, the company is located at No. 845 Shengde Avenue, Beihu Science and Technology Development Zone, Changchun City. Dedicated to addressing critical health challenges through cutting-edge biopharmaceutical technologies, the company strives to bring greater hope to society. Each year, it will undertake the commercial production of more than 10 innovative drugs developed by the group.

The company has established large-scale production facilities that meet global GMP standards, along with a well-established pharmaceutical clinical technology transfer system. In the first phase, two 2000-liter fed-batch and one 1000-liter perfusion production lines for drug substance have already been built. This setup enables rapid, stable, and seamless process transfers for scalable GMP manufacturing, while simultaneously supporting parallel process development—resulting in greater flexibility in production supply and enhanced cost-control advantages—to meet the diverse needs of both clinical and commercial drug production. Looking ahead, the company will continue to expand its production capacity and plans to build an ADC production line in the near future.

Meanwhile, the company has established a robust and reliable quality system in compliance with GMP requirements set forth by the NMPA, FDA, and EMA. The production processes are supported by intelligent operational equipment, and the manufacturing lines feature ITP design, integrating advanced automation control systems such as audit trails, access management, data integrity, electronic documentation, and operation traceability. These systems not only meet regulatory standards but also enable flexible switching between multiple product varieties, ensuring comprehensive quality control throughout the entire production process.
